Otford Road, Sevenoaks
From our Sevenoaks store, we offer an express repair service for smaller items such as mowers, chainsaws, strimmers, sharpening etc. The commercial turfcare equipment and riding products can either be repaired on site by one of our mobile technicians or recovered to our Hailsham facility. Please note, Winkhurst Farm is no longer operating with the facility being relocated back to Otford Road, Sevenoaks. We hope this is going to far more convenient and will allow us to operate a quicker turnaround of work.
Hailsham
At Hailsham, our workshop is purpose built offering 8 bays. We have dedicated grinding rooms for cylinder grinding, a dedicated training room ensuring we keep our technicians ahead of the curve. We operate 3 mobile technicians from Hailsham, offer in on-site service and break-down repairs to both homeowner, golf clubs, contractors etc.
Please feel free to ask to see our facilities and we will only be too happy to show you round. Our investment in trained staff and excellent facilities is what makes us different and deliver higher levels of service.
In General
Godfreys will repair any products that we are agents for, as long as the parts are available. Our spare parts departments stock a large range of spare parts, as you would expect . We keep some 15,000 lines in stock and have access to 1,000's more. Our spare parts departments over the 3 sites use the latest up to date electronic re-ordering systems and can source parts quickly, subject to availability. Our well trained parts advisor's have years of experience and knowledge helping you to select the correct spare part.
There will be a surcharge added to the retail price of non stocked lines to cover the cost of emergency shipment from the supplier.
Please note that a freight surcharge is usually associated with emergency orders for non stock lines.
We realise keeping you informed about your machinery whilst it's in for repair or service, is an essential part of delivering a high level of service. That's why we employ two service advisor's to ensure that your machine passes through our workshop as quickly and efficiently as possible.
We also offer an on-site repair service for our franchised commercial & domestic products. Please call our service department for more information.
Godfreys also operate a collection and delivery service if you haven't the time or transport to get your machine to us. Please contact our workshop reception departments at either Sevenoaks or Hailsham regarding any collection or delivery charges using the form below.
