Godfreys Acquires Palmers Turfcare, Hailsham
In June of this year, Godfreys acquired Palmer's Turfcare, based in Hailsham, Sussex. Palmer's, along established John Deere dealership employs 17 staff and operates from an excellent facility on the A22, just north of Hailsham.
The acquisition means that Godfreys now represents John Deere for commercial groundscare equipment and garden machinery for Kent, Sussex, East Surrey and South London. With two large showrooms, excellent service facilities and thousands of parts in stock, Godfreys now becomes one of the largest Turfcare dealers for John Deere in the UK.
Like our Sevenoaks store, Hailsham also stocks brands such as Honda, Stihl, Stiga and products such as weber BBQ, Aigle and regatta outdoor clothing and a range of tools and implements that you require in and around your property.
As from November, Palmer's Turfcare will be known as Godfreys. We very much hope that the acquisition will be beneficial to new and existing customers with an increased range of products, more stock, more technicians.
