Aspen 2 contains a 50:1 mix of fully synthetic oil. For example, this includes chainsaws, strimmers and hedge trimmers. You will find that air-cooled 2-stroke engines work well with Aspen 2.
Furthermore, Aspen 4 is an alkylate petrol without any added oil. Subsequently, it is suitable for machines such as lawnmowers, stump grinders and other 4-stroke powered machines. Additionally, this fuel works well with camping stoves and lanterns.
No. Alkylate petrol keeps your engine cleaner, gives better running protection and better performances. Equally important, Aspen stays fresh for years without deteriorating. Subsequently, this means it’s safe to leave in your machine. The start process will be much easier. Many engine manufacturers now recommend that their engines be run only with alkylate petrol.
Alkylate petrol suits most small petrol-driven machines. This includes lawnmowers, hedge trimmers, brush cutters, chainsaws and motorbikes. Cars can run on alkylate petrol but it would be a waste. Modern emission standards mean that cars already have effective emission control systems. In smaller engines, the benefits are much greater.
Aspen alkylate petrol is a cleaner and more effective motor fuel. It is virtually free from benzene, sulphur and other harmful substances. The process to produce Aspen is an expensive. Therefore, regular petrol will remain the dominant type of motor fuel.
Furthermore, Aspen has many advantages. For example, better performances, an easier starting process and it can be stored for years without deterioration. What’s more, the process involved in packaging and getting the 5L can to the customer is higher than the supply costs of pump fuel.

Yes. Aspen Alkylate Petrol has a lifespan of roughly 10 times the lifespan of regular petrol, with a life of 3-5 years. The lifespan of regular petrol is 3-5 months. Moreover, you can safely store your machines for long periods of time without needing to empty the tank. Be assured that your machines will start easily and reliably.

Aspen can always replace ordinary petrol. This fuel FRT meets all the requirements of two-stroke engine manufacturers. Therefore, your supplier will continue to provide a guarantee. Additionally, Aspen 4 can be used in all four-stroke gasoline engines. There is no brand of machine that cannot operate when using Aspen. If in doubt, you can always contact us.
Yes. You do not need to worry about an adverse reaction. However, you won’t gain the same benefits as using only Aspen. You may find that your engine has to be slightly adjusted depending on the quality of the regular petrol.

Yes. Your machine supplier will have to continue providing their guarantee if you use Aspen Alkylate petrol. Our products meet all requirements.

Aspen Alkylate petrol contains fewer hydrocarbons than regular petrol. Subsequently, the exhaust fumes are much cleaner. When compared to regular petrol, Aspen emits fewer vapours that contribute to acidification. Furthermore, it also produces fewer substances that help the formation of ground-level ozone. Additionally, this reduces environmental damage and is overall less harmful to humans and animals.
Yes. A machine running on Aspen has a neutral smell. The same machine on ordinary petrol will produce that distinctive smell we all know. The cleaner burn almost completely takes away the pungent smell of petrol. This is due to the reduced amount of benzene.
