About the Role As a Parts & Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, both in-person and over the phone. You will manage the end-to-end customer journey—from handling initial inquiries to preparing workshop job cards. Your ability to provide exceptional service, maintain flawless records, and communicate seamlessly with customers, technicians, and drivers will be vital to our team’s success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Excellence: Greet and assist counter customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction across all parts and service sales.

• Technical Support: Assist customers and workshop technicians with parts selection, place system orders, and process deposits.

• Inventory Management: Allocate and organise parts into dedicated Workshop and Customer bins, keeping all parties updated.

• Order Tracking: Proactively chase parts backorders to meet customer expectations and workshop deadlines.

What We Are Looking For:

• The Right Balance: Excellent customer service skills combined with technical understanding and a diplomatic approach.

• Experience: Prior experience working in a technical parts or service environment is highly preferred.

• Drive: A proactive attitude and a passion for delivering great results.
