Certified to Design A, Class 1 (20 m/s). Front protection
When the heat rises, performance shouldn’t drop. The Arbortec Vented Chainsaw Trousers are engineered for arborists who demand protection without compromise, delivering the airflow, mobility, and durability needed for long days in warm conditions. Engineered for heat-intensive work and handcrafted in Portugal, this is a new standard in hot-weather chainsaw protection.
Every detail has been considered. Every panel has a purpose. Every stitch is built for the realities of professional tree work.
Engineered Airflow
Four large rear ventilation panels work in harmony to keep air moving where it matters most. Rear waist vents are positioned to avoid interference from blocking material, ensuring uninterrupted breathability throughout the day. Built from 300g military-grade polyamide mesh, the ventilation system is tough enough for the job yet light enough to keep you cool.
Protection You Can TrustÂ
Certified to Design A, Class 1 (20 m/s), these trousers deliver the same dependable chainsaw protection arborists expect from Arbortec. Reinforced seams strengthen high-tension zones, while Kevlar-reinforced knees provide exceptional abrasion resistance in the areas that take the most punishment.
Freedom to MoveÂ
A looser leg profile encourages natural airflow, making these trousers ideal for hot climates and high-output work. Prefer a closer fit? Simply size down. An extrastretch crotch panel supports climbing, bending, and dynamic movement, keeping you agile in the canopy or on the ground.
