Stihl AP200P 40v Battery – Allpro

The ALLPRO AP 200 P is a high-performance 40 V battery developed for professionals and demanding users who need an excellent balance of power, weight and working time within the STIHL ALLPRO/AP System.

Part of the ALLPRO Performance series, it has an energy capacity of 222 Wh. The battery delivers up to 2.8 kW of peak power while weighing just 1.4 kg, making it ideally suited to demanding applications such as professional chainsaw work with the MSA 260.

At the heart of the ALLPRO AP 200 P is advanced tabless cell technology. Unlike conventional battery cells, tabless cells allow energy to flow more efficiently throughout the battery, reducing resistance and minimising heat generation. The result is higher power output, significantly faster charging and improved battery longevity.

The ALLPRO AP 200 P features intelligent STIHL battery management systems that continuously monitor battery performance to optimise power delivery and protect against overheating. Constant Power technology provides consistent performance throughout the entire discharge cycle, giving the tool the same level of power whether the battery is fully charged or nearly empty.

Engineered with professional users in mind, the ALLPRO AP 200 P is tested under demanding conditions and designed for up to 3,000 charge cycles*. Extensive durability testing ensures reliable performance when exposed to shocks, drops, splashes and repeated use.

Built for real-world working environments, the battery features an IPX5-rated water-resistant construction and can operate in temperatures ranging from -20 °C to +50 °C.

Fast charging capabilities help keep productivity high. When paired with the AL 1802 MO fast mobile outdoor charger, the ALLPRO AP 200 P can reach 80% charge in as little as 9 minutes under optimal conditions**, helping to maximise productivity and minimise downtime.

Compatible with the latest STIHL ALLPRO/AP chargers and maintaining both forward and backward compatibility across the STIHL ALLPRO/AP System, the ALLPRO AP 200 P delivers an outstanding combination of performance, runtime and lightweight handling.

*Without loss of capacity.
**Time taken to reach 80% charge at ambient/battery temperatures of 25–40 °C when used with the AL 1802 MO. Applies to ALLPRO Performance batteries AP 100 P, AP 200 P and AP 300 P(C).
