The Mountfield 1538H-SD Lawn Tractor is a stylish, high-flying side-discharge garden tractor powered up by a single-cylinder STIGA ST450 petrol engine, cranking out a mighty 7.5kW @ 2800rpm. With hydrostatic transmission—think of it as the automatic car of lawnmowers—the Mountfield 1538H-SD is the sleek, efficient powerhouse your garden dreams of!
Its compact design means it can zip around your lawn like a pro and slide into tighter spots in your shed or garage compared to bulky collecting ride-Ons.
Equipped with a twin-blade cutting deck boasting a 98cm width, it gives your lawn a precision haircut, distributing grass clippings out to the side like confetti through the side-discharge chute—perfect for tackling that overgrown or rougher grass! Want to play eco-friendly superhero? Grab the included mulching plate, and it’ll chop those clippings into a fine mulch, adding them to nourish the soil—saving you time and money on fertilisers too!
When the mowing magic is done, clean-up is a breeze! Just hook up your hose to the deck nozzle, turn on the water, engage the blades, and voilà! A sparkling clean deck and blades, ready for the next round.
